Problem with the import of the demo content

  • Hello,
    I installed the veggie lite theme, and i wanted to get the demo content, but after I download the demo content i can′t find the required files in the downloaded folder (xml,wie, json, dat) to import the demo content.
    I would be grateful about any help ??
