problem with the last update

  • Sins the last update Theme crash my website and it not yet corrected from a month…

    It is from the theme and not from my website, when I am with Hestia theme everything is blocked…
    I have to change my theme and it hours of work…

    Thank you for reporting the issue and for using the Hestia theme.

    Such an issue wasn’t reported by other users so the problem shouldn’t be related to the theme as other users would be facing it too.

    In your case, based on the error reported it seems like there are permission issues in your hosting server, similar issue can be checked here – https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1846882/open-basedir-restriction-in-effect-file-is-not-within-the-allowed-paths

    We recommend you contact your hosting provider so they can assist you with this question in more detail.

    Thank you for the answer.

    I tried to resolve the problem but I didn’t have the write issue.
    Also with the hosting provider of my website.
    So I finally changed the theme it was less time and work for me.
