Problem with the latest update

    Hello, all shorcodes became like this [wrc-pricing-table id=””] after the latest update. No numbers between quotes. Nothing happens clicking on “regenerate shortcode” button. I rolled back to the previous version for now. I’m using WordPress 5.3. Same result with the previous version. What can I do?

  • After updating to the new version, you have to click on Regenerate Shortcode button for once to get the IDs for all shortocode. If its not work for you, there might have some issues in your WP admin. I can only help you if you give me the login access in your WP admin.     Sorry it is a private company site so I can’t give you the access.
    I found it works on a local installation of wordpress. It seems the problem comes from my web hosting. Do you have any advice?
