Problem with the login page”.

Doing tests, the first time I log in with a user it works fine, but if I log out and want to log in again I can’t, where should be the form to log in appears “your account” and “log out” and if I click on “your account” nothing happens, and the click on “log out” takes me to the home page. it is as if I am still logged in with an empty account.
