problem with the plug in

We are using wordpress and receive this message trying to upload a plug in.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_tiny_mce() in /home/vg011web03/16/07/2920716/web/wp-content/plugins/wp-ad-manager/ad-minister.php on line 99
We are told that it is resulting from WP-ad- manager. Can you fix this for us?
