In the plugin settings, signup form setting section, I can’t make change in the visual Signup Response Email, Signup Thanks Message or Signup Notification Email boxes. I can’t type and it looks like there is a problem. I turned off all the plugin and used the default theme but still the same.

I am able to type in the Text section but not the Visual one.

This is due to a jacascript error of some kind. You did the right thing testing it with other plugins off and a stock theme.

Make sure you’re using the latest version of WordPress and Participants Database. If that is all good, then the next thing to do is to open your browser developer tools and check the “console” when loading the settings page. If there are no errors in the console, try testing the rich text editor, that may bring in the error.

There’s nothing specific there, but you should make sure you have the latest version of WordPress installed (6.1.1) and possibly reinstall it (which you can do on the admin WordPress Updates page).
