Problem with the Premium Plugin

I wrote an email from your support page last week, choosing the Premium option – since I’ve purchased your Pro. But I didn’t get a reply.
I have a problem – since I activated the plugin, all is doubled. I have in the admin menu both “Tracking” and “Order tracking” menus. When I click on a submenu in any of them I get 404 error. They work ONLY if I click on the main (Tracking or Order Tracking) menu.
Also – all the options are doubled. I want to add an order – all the fields are doubled. Yet, I’ve only 1 plugin installed and activated, so disabling it – disables both menus and it’s not effective.
