Problem with the product URL emailed

Hi,
I used the plugin and it worked great for me .. just a small problem though ..
Please check my product page url ..
it’s https://sumizfashion.com/?product=cbl-02
but in the email i get :
Product URL: https://sumizfashion.com/?product?l-02Also, can you help me to place the enquiry form in the right side of the product image .. below the product title ?
