problem with the Sales Countdown Timer for WooCommerce

Hello, we have a problem with the Sales Countdown Timer for WooCommerce, which we bought recently, we read all the documentation for the plugin, which is placed on the https://woocommerce.com/products/sales-countdown-timer-for-woocommerce/ page, but our problem still cannot be solved. The problem is that after playing the timer on products, on the page where we have listed all products on promotion there is no line through the regular price, shown in the plugin video review.

We tried to apply the discount price to the product directly but there is always a need for the discount amount for the plugin to work, and the line through the standard price is still missing. The same applies to the product page, if you don’t pick from the variations you cant see that there is a discount on the price.
