problem with the weight options

Hi, i have a problem with the weight options… i don’t undestand why all my old weight setting are missing.. and if i try to modify them… nothing happen on the cart… for example i add in cart product that is 1.5 kg.. i set the Countries Italia from 0.25 to 1.8 € 8,19 but in the cart is €13

Is it possible to retrieve the old setting???
