Problem with Theme Flora by Wyde

I’m trying to use this plugin with the theme https://themeforest.net/item/flora-responsive-creative-wordpress-theme/12038776
I don’t know what the problem could be. The theme uses ajax, could this causes some problems?
In another theme I don’t have any problems.Warm regards,
