Problem with theme menu

  • I can no longer change my menu, like you can see on the screenshot belowe.

    1. I try desactivate all plugin.
    2. I try with another theme.
    3. I try updating WordPress.
    4. I try doing a new user acount.

    I dont know what to do next :/

  • Have you tried:

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    Reseting the plugin folder by FTP was the solution.
