problem with theme option

  • hi .
    i using WP 3.9.1 and virtue version 2.1.7
    i can’t access theme option in WP dashboard

    no child theme or any plugins that have conflict
    also tried execution time and wp-content url and dir defining
    i tried 2.1.6 and 2.1.7 but problem is still here .
