Problem with theme preview, somebody knows how to help me?

Hi everyone!

I am new and been spending a day long finding articles online to contacting my hosting company to solve my problem, didn’t work. Have tried browsing through WordPress forum, couldn’t find similar cases.So now I am making this post!

It has to do with my WordPress theme preview.
This is my first site, haven’t been customized at all.
Still in the stage of looking for the right theme and now I can’t do it because of the problem described below (and links for screenshots attached)

Here is the specific information:
– From wordpress panel, I click appearance – theme – add new
– I start to see theme(s) that I like and would like to preview it
– Problem exists when I start to click “Theme Details & Preview” OR “Preview”; the theme is now showing but the the display/theme looks abnormal. It looks broken, showing words like “HTML, Links, Parent page, Sub page, Elements, Category Hierarchy”, the page looks like a white page mostly with texts, so on. Just not the way it should look like, it looks dead without the beautiful elements we see of a theme, it is just filled with coding (HTML?) and such stuff.

This problem happens to every theme that I click to preview, but funnily doesn’t happen to the ones that I have already “installed”

For your information :
– I have contacted my hosting plan company, they did all they could, said nothing wrong with my site (tried wordpress debugging, etc)
– I have tried deactivating all plugins to see if any causing the issue, didn’t work
– I have deleted all my history, data, cache and all; didn’t work too
– I have reinstalled WordPress (latest version), didn’t work
