Hi,
I am fairly new to coding and web designing so my problem might be very easy to solve but I just can’t figure it out. I created a themify ultra child theme and now the builder isn’t working properly. When I open the builder the top part of my page disappears and I can’t scroll up. If the age is long enough I can see the bottom part, but most of the time it just shows and empty page.
Also, I have set up a couple row anchors but they do not scroll down to the right place. They go to the end of the page instead of the correct module. I’ve already checked my menus and the modules configuration and everything seems to be right. Nonetheless, it doesn’t work.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Did you follow the documentation to create the child theme: https://themify.me/docs/child-theme? If you don’t have any custom JS/PHP file in the child theme, it should be ok. Try to disable all plugins.

Hi,
Thank you for answering. I did follow all those steps. I’ve already disable all plugging one by one but nothing changed. I made another page with the same child theme and it worked just fine. So I went back to the first page and deleted the woocommerce template I overwrote and made it into a function but the problem persisted.

Yes, you are right. Clicking on #servicios anchor (https://facilinsumos.com/#servicios) doesn’t go to the correct row anchor. Since you are using a premium Themify theme, could you post this ticket on our forum: https://themify.me/forum. Our support team will help you with this.
