Problem with Top Ratings / Categories

Hi, I have a problem with the plugin on the following site:

https://www.ptc-tests.de/

In the right sidebar are top rating results (generated with shortcode). There are only ratings out of one category.
My problem: Some posts do not show up here, but they are in the same category and have a better rating then other posts, that are shown.

For example this site:
https://www.ptc-tests.de/clixsense/

Same category, better ratings, not under top rating results.

How can I fix that?

BTW: Very nice plugin for my needs! Would be perfect when the problem is solved.
