Problem with Topup Terra wallet

    When user topup their terra wallet using the wallet topup product, sometimes they don’t receive the amount in their wallet balance. This issues happens often. When it occurs, I just have to manually add any amount to their balance (exemple = 1 ) and this amount is added to the amount of their Wallet Topup.

  • Hi bro can you help me to find out one thing? Where does the money go once customer pays by wallet? any idea?

    I think that money goes nowhere. As the amounts of woo wallet are virtual.

    Ok then how do we deal with vendors. Then how would we know how much to pay vandor in payment day?

    this money supposed to go to vendor n then vendor can request to withdraw as i am using it for multivendor website.

    @akenewa Please check the wallet top-up order status. The order status should be completed.

    @shayed Please let us know which multi-vendor plugin you are using.

    Can you help me i have a problem with my top up whenever i add money to my wallet it never directs to checkout page , it goes back to home page .

    @niellmbc Please check if wallet rechargeable product is present in your product list. which is created automatically when you install this plugin.
