Problem with TranslatePress and Astra theme

    Hi, I’m having trouble translating the header, a menu button, and the footer into English, which are made with the WordPress builder. The website is built with the Astra theme, and when I try to translate those elements into English, they throw the %astra% error and don’t let me do anything. If you want to check, you can go to the website https://jmgsa.com.ar and try to translate them into English. All the other elements (made with Elementor) are translated correctly. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please go to TranslatePress Settings → Advanced tab → Exclude Strings, and exclude %astra% using the Exclude Gettext Strings feature. Save changes and see if this fixes the issue.

    I had the same problem, as soon as adding the switcher either in a menu or as a button. The exclude character solution works!!!! Thank you so much
