Problem with translation

I see that there are quite a few strings that have already been translated to Lithuanian. However, they haven’t been added to the plugin because the translation editors for Lithuanian language hadn’t provided their approval yet.

I have the same problem but in Portuguese. I try translate using Loco Translate Plugin but all still in English, can you help? How can i put Portuguese language working?
