Problem with translation or links

Hi,
I looking for some solution how to repair translation.
Problem page: https://www.poludniak.com/index.php/ilustracje/

Default language is polish, when you switch to english everything is ok, but if you will change subpage to another translate come back to default (polish). I want to have still english.

I know that the problem is how I made links, becouse links direct in to polish site. And the question is how to make links universal for both languages?

Exampel of menu:
