Problem with Types plugin

I am trying to use the Types plugin to create a custom post type. The plugin version that I am using is 0.9.5.4. I have done this on another site and it is quite successful using WP 3.3.1 and Types 0.9.5. What is happening is that when I try to go to the summary page, i get ‘Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.’ Doing some troubleshooting, have_posts() is returning false. I checked on my working site and it is returning true.

PS,I don’t have the Views plugin, I didn’t need it before.
