Problem with undefined variable in 0.5.3

Hello! We have updated the plugin for version 0.5.3 and get an error:
Notice: Undefined variable: row in permalink-manager\permalink-manager.php on line 245

Here is the string with variable $row that has not been declared anywhere.
$native_uri = Permalink_Manager_Post_URI_Functions::get_default_post_uri($row[‘ID’], true);
