problem with upload of product images

We have a BuddyPress site and installed BP WC VENDOR, beacuse we want to integrate profile and e-shop.

Please help me with following issues:

1) Nothing happens when I upload a product picture? it worked previously

2) When I try to visit a members shop its says Ups, page doesn’t exist. it worked previously:

I bought the pro version, but not able to install it because of a fire wall at my host. I need professional help solving the firewall issue, both issues above have worked ones without the pro version.
