Problem with uploading a theme

  • I have uploaded a theme but the error message is shown in my home page

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/u799092458/public_html/wp-content/themes/BeautifulSkin/lib/default-admin-options.php on line 5

    Please help me
