Problem with uploading theme (in xampp)

  • Now i uploaded many themes offline through xampp to test new themes and never had a problem but i just tried to upload a new theme and now i get the message:
    “The uploaded file overwrites the value upload_max_filesize in php.ini specified”
    It may be slightly different because i translated it from my own language, any ideas?
