    Thanks!

    Hi Kingmarley,

That bug was on a previous version. It was populated because we were duplicating the blogs but no the users’ permissions. Right now that is fixed and that error shouldn’t be appearing anymore.

Could you give us more information about the blog you are using as master and the users it has?

    Thanks!

Just a heads-up that I have the latest version of the plugin but the user-role problem is still there.

In the options table of the new blog the xx_user_roles had the blog ID of the cloned blog instead of the ID of the new blog.

Problem and solution as per this thread >> https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/11725/help-why-my-roles-are-not-showing-multi-site-network

    Hi Moother,

Are you trying to copy the main blog of your network? As we say in our faqs, you can’t clone it.

Nah I did read all the instructions before jumping in so didn’t make that mistake ??

I made a totally new site and set that up how I wanted the clone to be. Then I added a new site waited for the magic. Unfortunately I think the script timed out somewhere as I was left with a white screen.

The plugin seems to have done everything else correctly though – I checked detail for detail.

    Any other ideas?

EDIT: I’ve just run it again to see if I could reproduce the error and, presto, it worked perfectly… not reproducible it seems… I’m happy about that… Thanks for the great plugin…

    Glad to hear that.

Looking at your symptom (timeout + white screen), that’s actually what happens when you clone the main blog.

We’ve just released v0.1.13 of the plugin to ensure that the “Clone” button isn’t displayed for the main blog on the Sites list.
