Problem with variable products

  • Hello everyone! Something happened to my woo. When I add a variable product, the clear selection button does not work, and in the console I get errors when working with a variable product (change options for example). I tried installing a clean theme and Woo on it, and everything works fine there.
    What wrong and how can I solve this problem?

    I’m use Porto theme and WooCommerce. All versions is up to date.
    Before I write to this forum, I’m try to resolve this problem with Porto Theme support, and they told to me that is woocommerce problem.

    Hi @k0styan

    The error I’m seeing in the console is coming from your theme indeed. Can you temporarily switch to a default theme (such as Storefront or TwentyTwenty) and see if the same problem occurs?

    If you have the same problem with a different theme, then it’s likely a WooCommerce problem, but if the problem only occurs when you have the Porto theme active, it’s safe to say that the theme is the issue.

    I’m just try to change theme to TwentyTwenty and all work fine.

    But earlier I got answer from Porto Theme support and on clean installation Porto Theme works too:
    “I told in the last ticket to contact woo to check the difference between theme hierarchy because that clear selection functions work only properly when your variations are set or working correctly. If there is any issue then js of that function is also affected. So for testing, as I told you earlier do a fresh installation and check they have no issue regarding clear variations function.”

    I just took a look at your site and the Clear button works just fine to clear the selected variation when I click it.

    Perhaps you’ve figured out what the issue is already.

    Testing this https://omnislab.ru/product/cryostat-csd-cvrc/ product on your site the clear button seems to be working for me to remove the selected variations.

    Sorry, I try several browsers and no one work properly on my site. Clear button don’t erase selection.

    This seems to be a display issue with the theme. When clicking the clear button, the VENDOR CODE will be reset to n/a and when clicking the Add to cart button the error message Please specify product options … is visible.

    I also see that when clicking the clear button, the first option is still selected. This must be a theme related issue as the Storefront theme does not show this behaviour as seen on the following testing page:

    Hello!

    I’m tryed make clean install porto theme and woo.
    All functions work properly.

    Theme support told me that: “Your products have attributes that are not even available in your woocommerce backend”. Is there any way to check this?

    Or may be reinstall woo? Then how can goods be transferred from one installation to another?
