problem with Variation Swatches and htaccess

    hello there,

    i want to report a conflict/issue using your plugin and the Variation Swatches module when it’s enable.

    When this module is enable, an htacess authentification is required.

    if i disable this module, everything is ok.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I understand your concern, and I want to clarify that there is no code in the Variation Swatch module that would trigger an “authentication required” message. First, I recommend rechecking your “.htaccess” file. If you have added any custom code there, please remove it and see if the issue persists. If the problem continues, I suggest conducting a conflict test on your site to identify the root cause of the issue.

    • Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
    • Then, please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WooCommerce, ShopEngine, and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
