@djosin – Can you elaborate. I just checked and am not seeing any header re-sizing. There is a scroll bar both with the popup open and closed. I could see a jump possibly occurring if you didn’t have a scroll bar on the page itself.

Is this on any specific device or browser, or a specific page etc?

On the main page , it’s a jump of the body . I’m sorry , my english is not that good , i’m from France …
I’ve notice it on Chrome browser this morning from my office .
I changed the size of the pop up from medium to small.

@djosin – Did changing the size work? So when you say a jump of the body are you scrolled down when the popup opens, or at the top. Sorry just trying to understand what your seeing that I am not, I may not be looking in the right place.

ok , i’ll try to change the size of the popup and send you a print screen .
I’m not scrolling down . It happens just when the popup opens.
Can you please give me an email adress so i can send you tomorrow a print screen ?
    Thx

I found a bug with using Popup Maker with the Avada theme – https://avada.theme-fusion.com

The only way I can get the popups to work is if I de-activate the Avada theme and switch to a different theme.

Please make PM work with the Avada theme ASAP as the entire site was built using it.

    Thanks.

@coastinternet – I can almost guarantee the problem isn’t with Popup Maker, but with Avada and WP 4.5.

    Hope that helps.

I’m seeing the same “shift to the right of about 5 pixels” using the Tesseract 2 theme. But I can see the reason is that the page scrollbar on the right of the browser window changes: the scroll handle disappears, but the bar is still there. The shift occurs both in Firefox and Chrome, that’s all I’ve tested it on.

    (@danieliser)

@rmmcclay – So the shift occurs due to the overlay scrollbar replacing the document scrollbar?

I have to agree with the others, since the last update anywhere I have a popup link they all have reduced font sizes.

@ntoamrkt – Can you elaborate? We don’t apply any styles at all (0 to be exact) outside the popup containers on the front end. If that is occurring then likely your theme is applying a font size change the the <span> wrapped around the text/trigger if you used the shortcodes.

Do you have a link? Might I suggest checking out your browsers Developer Tools (F12 Key, or right click the link in question and click Inspect Element), there you can see not only what CSS is applied, but tweak it and see where that CSS came from. Will help you determine why those links are smaller.

    Hope that helps.

@rmmcclay – So the shift occurs due to the overlay scrollbar replacing the document scrollbar?

Exactly. You can see the effect happening on the OP’s site here:
    https://www.escapilade.fr

Pay attention to the scrollbar when you close the popup. In his case only the background image shifts, in my case the entire design shifts.

You can open the pop on the OP’s site by clicking on the orange Plus d’informations button to see it all happen again.

Thanks so much for your over-the-top support!
