HI, I just updated W3 Total Cache plugin from version 2.1.0 to 2.1.1 and my navigation menu disappears.

Restoring version 2.1.0 brings it back.

    Running WordPress 5.6.2

BTW – there are no errors shown in debug.

    Hello @scalarent

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please share your website URL? Are you using any other plugin to minify assets?
Can you please disable minify in Perfirmance>General settings, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists?
If the issue is gone, re-enable minify, and disable the settings in Performance>minify one by one (HTML minify, JS minify, CSS minify) and see which one might be causing the issue.
Make sure to save all settings and purge the cache after each option is disabled.
    Thanks!

    Hi Marko,

Thanks for your email and prompt response.

    Website is https://www.scalarenterprises.co.uk/

I have Autoptimize installed as well but I am not using it to minify.

I disabled minify and the navigation came back.

I disabled HTML minify – no nav still so re-enabled
I disabled JS minify – no nav still so re-enabled
I disabled CSS minify – nav came back

I’ve left CSS minify disabled for now so the site is still working.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello @scalarent

    Thank you for the information.
I’ve checked your website and I can see that CSS is being handled by Autoptimize:

    https://www.scalarenterprises.co.uk/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_e327a3c90ef449fd9320ec7c04694f5e.css
    https://www.scalarenterprises.co.uk/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_2f6a1f3998c216d2352ef50bb0186100.css
    https://www.scalarenterprises.co.uk/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_84d9396e5656badc2681e54037c99ce7.css

So most likely the issue is with the conflict between two plugins using the same function.
W3 Total Cache and AO work well if the same features are not being used so you can continue using it this way.
    Thanks!
