Hi, I have a problem on a website. If Complianz is active on this page: https://rowapa.entwicklung.xyz/rowapa-tv/ then the CSS is not loaded.
But if I turn off Complianz on this page (checkbox). Then the page looks normal again.
The Video Playlist widget from Elementor Pro is placed on the page.

I hope you can help me, because when I turn off Complianz it is not GDPR conform.

Possibly the css is loaded with javascript, and the javascript contains a reference to a service like youtube or google maps, causing it to get blocked.

If you disable the integrations one by one (in complianz/integrations), at some point it should start working. Can you then let us know which integration is causing the issue?

I would recommend to start with disabling the Elementor integration.

    Hi Rogier
It is the Elementor Pro Plugin (Video Playlist is an Elementor Pro Widget)
But I can’t disable the Elementor Pro because I need it on the whole website.

    Hi @corinneulrich,

Don’t worry, you do not have to disable the plugins themselves. You will only have to disable Complianz’ integrations with those plugins, which can be done under Complianz > Integrations.

And then follow the steps mentioned above: disable active integrations one-by-one, check the front-end each time after disabling one to see if the issue disappears. When the issue disappears, you will know exactly which Integration caused it.

Could you let us know once you found the integration causing the issue?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi @jarnovos
Ah, okay, I disabled the Elementor Integration. And now it works.
Is that now compatible with the GDPR?

    Hi @corinneulrich,

This Video Playlist is not (currently) supported in the integration yet. For now you could use a workaround such as this:

Enable an Image Overlay on the playlist, use https://www.youtube-nocookie.com as the URL to embed your video’s from, and finally, insert a notice above or under your playlist that these video’s will set cookies when the “Play” button is clicked, including a link to your Cookie Policy.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

You can also turn on Lazy Load in the Additional Options of the widget. That seems to avoid the issue.
