    We have created a store: https://ingeniococktails.com/tienda-cocktails-artesanos-ready-to-drink/ in which the products are seen correctly on desktop (apple and windows) and iPhone devices but on Android mobile devices the info It comes out veiled…it appears but you cannot interact with it. It also does not respond to changes made in Elementor. What could be happening? Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Thank you so much

    I understand you’re facing issues with your store on mobile devices, specifically android devices.

    Do you mind clarifying the following for us so that we can be able to see how we can assist further:

    • How are you accessing the products. Is it through the WooCommerce mobile app or a browser?
    • If it’s from the browser, what browser are you using? Have you tried it across different browsers to rule out browser compatibility issues?
    • Please also confirm that you’re using an android device with an updated android operating system.
    • Did you have the chance to switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four to see if the issue is theme related?

    Hola, muchas gracias por atender mi problema.

    • ?Cómo accedes a los productos? ?A través de la aplicación móvil WooCommerce o de un navegador? Si es desde el navegador, ?qué navegador estás usando? ?Lo has probado en distintos navegadores para descartar problemas de compatibilidad? En Android, accedemos desde Gmail.
    • Confirme también que está utilizando un dispositivo Android con un sistema operativo Android actualizado. Confirmado. Le ocurre a todas las personas que utilizan Android en su dispositivos móviles.
    • ?Tuviste la oportunidad de cambiar a un tema predeterminado como Storefront o Twenty Twenty-Four para ver si el problema está relacionado con el tema? El resto de la web se ve correctamente por lo que el problema no está relacionado con el tema.

    Las únicas páginas que no se ven correctamente (contenido velado) son las de producto que están dentro de las categorías cocktails y spirits. Por ejemplo:

    The rest of the site looks fine so the issue is not theme related.

    I’ve tested this on Android (Chrome) and I’m not seeing any issues on the product pages you’ve shared.

    Can you please share a clear screenshot of the issue, as you are seeing it on your end? Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    I understand that the rest of the site looks fine, however, the mobile responsiveness of your site typically relies on the theme you’re using. Can you please try switching to a default theme, like Storefront, and see if this resolves the issue?

    If that doesn’t resolve the issue, can you please share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment? You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for Support.

    No sé qué ha pasado ni cómo pero ya se visualiza correctamente en dispositivos Android ?? . Nunca me había pasado nada parecido… es como si no hubiese borrado caché el propio plugin. Muchas gracias!
