Despite indicating exactly the problem, they have not wanted to offer an alternative to use this plugin with another of the most used W3 Caché. The alternative they offer is to stop using the other one. Bad practice.

  • Hi @urbanbiker

I’m sorry about this situation but we still do not know where the issue comes from. I don’t think there is a conflict with W3 Total Cache because our plugin can work with this plugin. So can you please try to troubleshoot the issue?

    Refer to this solution https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000611175-troubleshooting-plugins-and-themes

Yes, since by deactivating that plugin the reminder sending automation works.

    Hi @urbanbiker

    Thanks for the additional information.

Your screenshot about the problem with REST API does not relate to the option automatic schedule and send reminders.

Can you please share some screenshots of the issue “reminder sending automation” before/after deactivating the plugin W3 Total Cache?

And please turn on WP_DEBUG to show detailed information about errors.

Thanks, we already have WP_DEBUG activated.

I also give them a screenshot without deactivating W3 Caché (orders marked in square) and it does not activate the automatic reminder. As soon as W3 Caché is deactivated (order marked in a circle) it starts working. Also in its diagnostic tool it indicates a problem with the API_REST when it is activated, although it is indicated in W3 Caché not to cache the REST API.

There is also no noticeable error with WP_DEBUG enabled.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the additional information.

Please share some screenshots of the order notes when you edit order #4744/4736. Refer to this solution when the no reminders are sent https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000592884-no-review-reminders-are-sent

Also, if possible, can you please temporary switch the language to English when taking screenshots? It be much easier for us to understand them. Many thanks!

Thanks for sharing the screenshot! If possible, can you please open the order 4745 and take a screenshot of the order notes?

    (@urbanbiker)

I enclose the requested screenshot, and within the order it indicates that it will be sent after 20 days as it is configured.
I also attach an older one that also puts it and has not sent it since the date expired.

I forgot, manual delivery does work.

Thanks for sharing the additional screenshots! It looks like WP Cron is not working properly on your website and skips events.

As suggested in the step 8 of the solution mentioned above (No Review Reminders Are Sent), please try using CR Cron for scheduling and triggering review reminders. It doesn’t depend on WP Cron and should work even on websites with disabled WP Cron. Here is more information about CR Cron: CR Cron.
