Problem with Widget Menu due to Geodirectory

I was using Geodirectory and it was all ok with menus but recently some thing have been changing all over wordpress and the widget menu became messed up.
As suggested we started uninstalling plugins through trial and error so we could know what was causing the problem. When we removed the GD plugin the widget menu went to normal. We would like to continue using Geodirectory. We are using Vantage theme by SiteOrigin. Could you give us any help please?
