Problem with widgets

Hey, everyone!

Yesterday I tried to install new widgets to my site.
Downloaded, installed, was able to use drag and drop method, everything seems OK, but when I go to my site, I can’t see them (Facebook box and subscription box).

For example, if I tried to add the original widget (calendar) to my sidebar then it worked.

I have tried adding widgets in accessibility mode, disabling all the plugins – none of them helped me.
I am using Islemag theme.

Hopefully, we can find a solution ??
