Problem with window “Privacy Overview”.

    Good afternoon.
    My site has 3 problems in the “Privacy Overview” window:
    1. “Show more” link does not expand
    2. “Necessary”, “Functional”, etc. expand and close immediately.
    3. In Firefox (ver 93.0 64 bit), the plugin window appears on every new start.
    Server parameters:
    – WP 5.8.1
    – PHP 7.4.5

    Tell me what I need to do in the plugin settings to eliminate this problem?

    The issue seems to be caused by the JS optimization methods on the WP-Optimize plugin. So please try to exclude our js file from the settings of WP-Optimize(WP Optimize > Settings > JavaScript > Exclude from processing),

    cookie-law-info-public.js

    Thanks for the help, everything works correctly:
    – Chrome (Version 94.0.4606.81 (Official build 64-bit)
    – Edge (Version 94.0.992.50 Official build 64-bit)

    Partially fixed the problem (the plugin window appears on every new start):
    – In Firefox (ver 93.0 64 bit)
    – Opera (ver 80.0.4170.40)

    What else needs to be done for Firefox and Opera?

    Please try clearing the cache or do a hard refresh on both those browsers.
