problem with woocommerce

    hi

    I have a problem with woocommerce, api rest does not work, I can not download cvs products, it does not generate products, it generates the file without products, it does not work correctly.
    I have reinstalled woocommerce and still with the same problem.
    another site i did the experiment deleting the information and installing without data, it works there.
    my site has 9000 products how can I solve the problem?
    what should i do

    Thank you for getting in touch!

    As far as I understand, you are currently working with two sites. On one site, you are not able to export products and REST API functionality seems not to be working while on the other site, everything works as expected. Is that right?

    If so, then have you tried disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and switching your active theme back to a default theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty Three?

    If you have done that, but the issue still persists, then it is likely that your current host configuration doesn’t support exporting a big amount of products at the same time and doesn’t support REST API calls.

    One test you could do is to:

    • Create a category.
    • Add a single product to that category.
    • Click to export only this category: https://d.pr/i/UtXWC9

    If this test succeeds, then I recommend getting in touch with your host and sharing these two issues with them. It is likely that they need to update your configuration/package in order to support big requests, such as exporting 9000 products and enable REST API calls.
