    Hi,

That notice does not seem to be from our plugin. Or is it a custom message that you have set?

Can you please check in the messages tab of the plugin’s settings what messages you might have set there.

This message comes from WooCommerce plugin when your plugin is active on an attempt to make registration during checkout (i.e. buyer in that moment is not registered on our website).

    Hi,

Under the Messages tab in the plugin’s settings can you please try and enable the Clear previous messages before displaying new ones option.

It is already enabled, but that didn’t help:

    Hi

Here are a couple of more settings that you could try:

Under the advanced tab can you please try and change the Authenticate filter and also enable the Block auth cookies option.

Also under the general settings, Activation link section, can you please can you try and change the Email sending trigger option.

Can you please let me know if you are allowing user login after registration.

Tried to change Authenticate filter to “authenticate” filter and Email sending trigger to On “user register” but that didn’t help.

    Block auth cookies is enabled.

Prevent login after register is currently also enabled.

    Hi,

It seems this is a conflict with another plugin. Could you please let me know which other plugins you might have installed on your website and we might be able to identify which plugin the issue might be coming from.

I would also suggest you disable the other plugin’s one by one and try.

If we identify the plugin we might be able to pinpoint and fix the issue.

The list of plugins are extensive (43 active). I don’t want to disclose it here.
I can do the exercise on a staging site, which will take quite some time.

    Hello @envox ,

    Sorry for the long delay.
Have you been able to solve the issue?

I was thinking from the screenshot you sent that the message “checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty” is weird. Maybe this is the source of the problem.

Please take a look at your checkout page on admin and check if it’s published and it’s not a draft. Also please try to update permalink structure from Settings > Permalinks

Let me know if it helps
