    Hello

the problem I have is in the store web pages or product categories on mobile phones. The page loads fine but when I slide down to explore the products at a certain point the web slides to product number three on the list, whether I leave the mobile idle in automatic up or moving it. This only happens in mobiles, when I do the tests on a computer pretending to be a mobile, everything works fine.

this is what I have installed of themes and plugins:
My theme is: Bizberg Shop Version: 1.4

    the plugins I have are:

AJAX Login and Registration modal popup DEV + inline form Version 2.19

Conditional Discount Rules For WooCommerce Checkout Version 2.0.7
    Contact Form 7 Version 5.4.1
Cyclone Demo Importer Version 2.9.3 |
    Elementor Version 3.2.4
Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks Version 1.5.9
Essential Addons for Elementor Version 4.7.0 |
    Join.chat Version 4.1.14
One Click Demo Import Version 3.0.2
    Shortcode Elementor Version 1.0.1
    WooCommerce Version 5.3.0
    Wordfence Security Version 7.5.4
    WP Super CacheVersion 1.7.3
WPFront User Role Editor Version 2.14.4

    Hi @engeldragoner ??

I’ve checked this issue on my phone and I was able to reproduce it as well.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Before you start

First, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.

Second, I would suggest installing a plugin called?Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

    Cheers!
