Problem with Woostify Filter

  • Hello,

    I have a website with a shop and I am having the following problem when filtering my products.

    When I go to [ redundant link removed ] to buy products, and filter either by size, category, etc. When I reload the page, all the filtered products disappear except the ones I have selected and I mix products that I have in buy with rental, then the user can be buying a product that is really a rental and it is a serious problem.

    The rental link is this one:
    /alquilar/

    I have been looking at everything to solve this, but it seems to be an internal problem of the plugin, thanks in advance, I hope your answer.

    Hi Dylan,

    The main problem is that this page was developed by another person who is the owner of the woostify pro version account. When I enter the link that you give me, it asks me for credentials to be able to make the ticket and as I said I don’t have these credentials because I am not the owner of the woostify pro version account.

    How can we solve this?

    I’m sorry! You need to have pro account to raise a ticket that’s related to the pro features.
