problem with wordfence and cloudflare

    I’m using wordfence with cloudflare and get messages like
    <<<begins
    Wordfence can’t get the IP of clients and therefore can’t operate. We received IP: . X-Forwarded-For was: REMOTE_ADDR was: xx.xxx.xxx.

    at the top of the the liveview screen – the ip address listed is my ip address less the remaining digits – the error message may just be truncated – it runs to the extreme right hand end of the window (full screen, so I can’t extend it)

    the lower display of current activity does show normal activity, so apart from detecting my address while logged in, it seems to be working OK. (locations given are believable)

    ps I have set wordfence to pick its IP addresses up from cloudflare.
    there are occasional references to visits from 0.0.0.0 in its reports, but thats the only other symptom. Its not currently causing me any real problems, just doesn’t look right. I don’t normally enable liveview
