Hello, after update to WordPress v6.3.2 and PHP v8.2.12
the website has a “critical error” and crashes if the Visualizer-Plugin is activated- After deactivating this plugin the website is working again.
We can’t see the reason exactly.

    Hi @gridlab,

Thank you for using Visualizer. I’ve created a new instance with the versions you mentioned and activating the Visualizer plugin doesn’t generate any error.

To troubleshoot the conflict, I recommend deactivating all the plugins, switching to a default WordPress theme and then activating Visualizer. If everything works properly, you can first activate your theme back, and if there is no conflict, activate the plugins one by one to find the problematic one.

    Best regards,

    Hi Stefan,
thanks for reply. I tried it twice (decactivating all plugins, switiching to standard theme). Website was still working. But when I activated the Visualizer-plugin website showed “critical error” again.
I also reinstalled Visualizer some time ago (when I switched to wp6.3.2). Now I upgraded to wp6.4.1. there is the same problem with Visualizer.
Is there any log-file to write out that can help you ?

    Hello @gridlab,

You can send the debug log along with some screenshots that will help us better debug this issue.

I also checked your website and i’m getting a critical error when i open the translated version of the homepage, so the problem might be related to the translations.

    Best regards,

    Irinel

    Hi Irinel,
thank you for your reply. Sorry, this critical error (only in the English version) is another problematic plugin that I had already deactivated (it should provide me an additional tagcloud on the homepage but there is no documentation at all).
The English version is working again. I will have a look to get out a debug log. Best regards
    Hermann
