Problem with WP on hosting

  • Hi,
    I have an issue with wordpress, I’ll try to explain the best I can.

    So, I recently bought an hosting on Alidropship hosting, silver one. Everything was doing fine and then, I must had touch something, my wordpress site was not working anymore, I couldn’t even log as it said that my user name was wrong.
    When I try to go on my site it just shows the default page of domain name service.

    I tried to delete wordpress on Cpanel, then re install it, still the same.
    I even try to reset everything on Cpanel and then re install WP, still the same.

    Can you help me with that ? I use this alidropship/wordpress for my job, I’m completely stuck and can’t work anymore.

    I would love to help you.

    But this is really an issue with your hosting account… and it’s impossible to help you without having access to your website and hosting account details (which is not allowed here in these forums).

    Your first and best point of call should be the company that you’re paying to host your website. They can look into your account and fix the problem for you, or at the very least tell you what’s going on.

    Contact them here: https://alidropship.com/contact/ (or use whater internal support system or direct contact email address you have for faster support)

    Again, it’s impossible for a 3rd-party who doesn’t have access to your hosting account to help you with this.

    domain DNS not updates some time.

    you can check with simple html file put index.html file under a public_html

    then a open a website if it working fine then.
