Problem with wp-useronine 2.73

  • I have a problem with the plugin after I changue the server of mi Blog.

    I have this error when I try to changue the config in Admin CP.

    Warning: Empty name in /web/htdocs/www.mysite.it/home/wp-content/plugins/wp-pagenavi/scb/Forms.php on line 38

    I tried to delete it and install again but the problem continue, also when are +35 users online the counter reset to 0 ??

    Any fix?
