Problem with zip archive

Hello, I use your plugin for backups from years ago for all my sites and I am delighted, congratulations. Now in one of my places I find a problem. When creating the backup, first I had an error when scanning, which turned out to be a problem of w3 total cache with the cache of the db once deactivated, continue the creation of the backup until the end. Once created I download the installer.php but I cannot download the archive files.
