    i install and active plugins but not work in local and host
    I use ??Theme Kiwi market place.

    Access forbidden!

    That error means that you have loaded your file as a standard EDD Download attachment, so it is protected from direct downloads. You will need to delete the file and load it somewhere else, e.g. the WordPress media library or FTP it to your server, or a file host like DropBox or Amazon S3. Then get the URL for the file and add that to your Download.
