I had to disable your plugin temporarily. I await a solution.

PS. It is not a cache problem (I have disabled the cache plugin and I have the same problem), and I have cleared all cookies

    Hi @marcorroma,

Did you try re-saving the banner settings? That will re-generate the css. It looks like a css issue.

    (@marcorroma)

    No, that’s not the problem.
I have activated the plugin again, I have saved your plugin’s custom css settings, I have updated the page and I still have the same problem.
I have now temporarily disabled it

@marcorroma I’ll need to see the issue live to be able to help. Can you set it up on a staging environment?

Possibly there is some theme css overriding it.

I activated it on my site.

You must have the Chrome extension that I told you, in incognito mode (and not).
    I await support
    Thank you

It is as if the ad blocker extension detects cookies as banners and partially removes the CSS from the cookie banner

I’ve just installed the U Block extension on Chrome and checked both incognito and normal, and don’t have any issues. It loads without any issues.

Apart from that: if an ad blocker mistakenly blocks our CSS or javascript, that’s not really something we can change.

    Hi @marcorroma,

I have also installed the uBlock Origin extension for Chrome, enabled most of it’s features (except Disable Javascript) and browsed several pages on the site, but I haven’t been able to reproduce the behavior you described.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

You do not see it anymore because I can no longer view the cookie banner.
Your plugin is active, I don’t understand the problem …
And I have disabled uBlock origin extension!

I do not see the cookie banner even in the cookie banner settings (and the preview is not hidden).
All the cache was cleared several times

    @marcorroma,

I still see the banner without issues. I also checked on several browsers/os combinations in browserstack. No issues anywhere.

There is probably a code (or file) that is downloaded to the browser when the cookie banner is displayed, with ad blocker disabled. Without accepting cookies.
Then, by activating the ad blocker and refresh the page, some files are loaded in the browser cache which creates problems with the “new version” of the same page without banner cookies and this creates some problems.
Or probably some file is not loaded when I activate the ad blocker, and this conflicts with the code of the cookie banner.
    I hope I was helpful.

I await an answer whenever possible.
I have the site not correctly viewable now. And thousands of users every hour who view my site.

    Thank you!

    Hi @marcorroma,

The only for us to debug something is to see it in real life, unfortunately not a single person in our person is able to.

Could you do the following? Open logger https://snipboard.io/KmuRdg.jpg

Reload the page and see if you can filter the blocked scripts/elements so we have a clue what it could be?

    regards Aert
