Problem uploading file

Are you using any popup plugins on your website? The issue looks more related to a conflict.

Could you please run a conflict test and see whether it helps with ruling out where exactly it’s causing the conflict?

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

I am certainly using the “Popup Maker” plugin, I deactivated it and tried it and the upload button worked, I quite like that plugin for manners but I will look for another option since popup windows are necessary, well I guess this is solved, thank you very much for the help. excellent support.
