Problema con il plugin flexible shipping

    buongiorno

    ho un ecommerce che vende prodotti fisici da 2 settimane ho un problema con il plugin flexible shipping: ho impostato un metodo di spedizione in base al peso tenendo conto delle fasce di peso dello spedizioniere lo chiamato Tnt e ha sempre funzionato.

    da 2 settimane quando il cliente prova a pagare il sito non riconosce il metodo di spedizione dicendo che non ci sono metodi di spedizione ho già contatto l hosting che mi ha detto che tutto è impostato correttamente potete controllare e dirmi come posso risolvere il problema
