    I was trying to enable reviews on WooCommerce for my products as trustpilot reviews do not appear as I would like I wanted to reactivate product reviews directly on WooCommerce but as seen from the screen https ://snipboard.io/LzTa94.jpg I activated the function but it still doesn’t appear on the products

    I understand that product reviews are not appearing on your site even after enabling them, correct?

    It looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.

    For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    il problema è noto allo sviluppatore del mio tema che mi ha confermato che le recensioni se vengono disattivate e poi riattivate non vengono abilitate in automatico su tutti i prodotti presenti nel catalogo ma vanno attivate nuovamente su tutti i singoli prodotti e questo è un problema quando si è in possesso di un catalogo di 20.000 articoli come nel mio caso attendo vs risposta<font _mstmutation=”1″></font>

    the problem is known to the developer of my theme who confirmed to me that if reviews are deactivated and then reactivated they are not automatically enabled on all the products in the catalog but must be reactivated on all the individual products and this is a problem when has a catalog of 20,000 items as in my case I await your response

    It would be great if you share your System Status Report, found under WooCommerce > Status, on your site.

    Please navigate under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if it is showing any error logs, let us know).

    That might provide additional information for us to check.

    il problema è che ho provato a generare il log direttamente sul sito del supporto ufficiale ma non era possibile già segnalato il tutto al supporto. cmq non è un problema di log ma un bug di woocommerce in quanto vanno riattivate manualmente su ogni singolo prodotto<font _mstmutation=”1″></font>

    Buongiorno il problema è che se vengono disattivate le recensioni e poi devono essere riabilitate tale funzione non ha effetto su tutti i prodotti ma bisogna andare a riabilitare le recensioni su ogni prodotto e su cataloghi molto grandi può diventare impossibile.<font _mstmutation=”1″></font>

    Hello @hellsbrigade,

    the problem is that if the reviews are deactivated and then they have to be re-enabled, this function has no effect on all the products but you have to go and re-enable the reviews on each product and on very large catalogs it can become impossible.

    I understand you’re looking to enable product reviews for all products. You can certainly do that without having to go through each product individually. :?)

    Simply select the products you want to change and click ‘Edit’ to use the bulk editor. You’ll find the reviews option under the name ‘Comments’ in that tab.

    Alternatively, you can export products via CSV, edit the “allow review” column and import them back. For more context, you can check this guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/
